I am young but experienced Welsh harpist, based in Cardiff, South Wales, and have recently graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama after studying with Caryl Thomas and Valerie Aldrich-Smith. I have a broad range of repertoire and styles, from Pop to Disney to Classical, and I often play at recitals, weddings and private functions. As well as the harp I can offer my services as a pianist.
I have also enjoyed playing as a member of the Willow Trio, a Cardiff based chamber group formed in 2016. The group comprises of harp, cello and flute and we have performed at venues such as at the National Museum in Cardiff and the Wales Millenium Centre in the 2018 National Eisteddfod.
As a soloist, I have been a finalist in the Urdd Eisteddfod multiple times, as well as winning the National Eisteddfod 16-19 category in 2014. I have been Caerphilly Young Musician of the Year as well as making multiple solo appearances in concerts with male voice choirs. Also, I have played in many ensembles, including performing for the 70th birthday celebrations of HRH Prince Charles at the RWCMD, a duet with Catrin Finch, National Youth Orchestra of Wales, Four Counties Youth Orchestra and the National Video Games Orchestra of Wales. Masterclasses at RWCMD have included Catrin Finch, Isabel Perrin, Anneleen Lenaerts, Sylvain Blassel and Alice Giles.
